Who we are

Crisro Technologies provides clinic management software to dental clinics. If you have a privacy question, contact us at crisrotechnologies@gmail.com.

Whose data it is

The clinic owns and controls its patient and staff data. Crisro Technologies processes it only to provide the software to that clinic. Patients with questions about their records should contact their clinic.

Data the software handles

  • Clinic staff accounts: name, email and role.
  • Patient records entered by the clinic: name, phone, optional profile details, appointments, visit and treatment notes, invoices and payments.
  • Clinical images uploaded by doctors.

There are no patient logins.

Google user data

With the clinic's permission, the software connects to the clinic's own Google account to store clinical images in the clinic's Google Drive.

The only permission requested is Google Drive drive.file access. The software can access only the files and folders it creates in that Drive. It cannot see, read or change any other file in the account.

Google user data is used only to save, display and remove clinical images inside the software, as directed by the clinic's staff.

The images stay in the clinic's own Google Drive. Our system keeps only file references and an access credential. These are held in the clinic's server configuration and are never exposed to browsers or apps.

Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train AI or machine learning models.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

A clinic can disconnect at any time from its Google Account settings under third-party app access. After that, the software can no longer store or show images, and files already in the clinic's Drive remain theirs.

Security

The software uses role-based access for staff, hashed passwords and encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not claim HIPAA, ISO or any similar certification.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as the clinic uses the software. A clinic can ask for its data to be deleted by emailing crisrotechnologies@gmail.com.

Website visitors

The public website does not collect personal data from visitors. Its search forms use selections in the browser to navigate to relevant pages; they do not submit personal information to our servers. The website does not use analytics or cookies.
